CNC Plate Bending
Our CNC plate bending service shapes steel plate to defined angles on hydraulic press brakes. Every stroke is driven by programmed back-gauge and ram positions, so bends stay square, edges line up, and thick-section jobs come out identical from the first piece to the last.

Sheet Metal Shearing Cutting
We shear sheet and plate on straight, true lines to prepare stock for the press brake and rolls. This service turns raw material into clean production blanks, strips, and bend-ready pieces, with edge-to-edge sizing that stays consistent across the whole batch.

CNC Laser Cutting
Our CNC fiber laser cuts sheet and plate to fine tolerances with crisp edges and little offcut loss. Fast cycle times and a large bed let us process standard and oversized material, producing accurate profiles that feed straight into bending and fabrication.

Plate Rolling
Our plate rolling service forms flat plate into even radii for cylindrical and curved parts. Controlled roll passes hold a consistent curve across the length, making it well suited to shells, ducts, and other rolled sections used in industrial fabrication.

CNC Plasma Cutting
CNC plasma cutting gives us quick, dependable profiling on mild steel and heavier industrial plate. Driven straight from CAD, it produces base plates, brackets, flanges, and structural pieces that move directly into bending and fabrication.

Assembly
Our assembly service joins components made across cutting, bending, and rolling into complete products. Using welding, riveting, and related joining methods, we build sub-assemblies and final units with the fit-up and alignment that finished fabrication demands.

Welding
Welding bonds metal parts through heat, pressure, or both, and sits at the core of sheet metal fabrication. We use it to tie sections together after cutting and bending, building joints that hold up under structural and industrial loads.

Deep Drawing
Deep drawing pulls flat sheet metal over a die to create three-dimensional shapes. The process suits hollow, deep-profile parts such as cans, pots, and containers, and repeats reliably across high production runs.

Finishing
Finishing covers powder coating, painting, anodizing, and polishing applied after fabrication. These treatments lift the look of a part while adding corrosion resistance and durability that carry it through long service.

Stamping
Stamping presses sheet metal into finished parts at high speed, making it a strong fit for large production runs. It is widely relied on for automotive body panels, appliance parts, and other components made in volume.

Punching
Punching drives holes and shaped openings into sheet metal with a punch press, making it a natural fit for mass production. Quick cycles and tight repeatability let us turn out mounting holes and functional features across large orders.
