Balaji Engineering Works fabricates components built to hold up in harsh outdoor service, including strong UV, coastal salt spray, and high heat.

Our output covers solar mounting frames and racking, wind turbine nacelle covers and bracket assemblies, transformer housings, panel enclosures, cable management trays, and power station structural steel. Where curved or cylindrical sections are needed, plate rolling complements our press brake forming. Hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and zinc-rich primer keep field-deployed parts durable.

The shop handles both low-volume bespoke work for one-off power projects and high-volume repeat orders for solar EPC contractors who need the same accuracy across thousands of identical bent parts.
