Aviation work leaves no room for slack on dimensional precision, material traceability, or finish. Balaji Engineering Works meets that bar with CNC-controlled laser cutting and press brake forming, plus structural steelwork, for ground-based needs such as ground support equipment (GSE), MRO workshops, hangar interiors, and airside service structures.

We form aerospace-grade aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel, holding the tight bend tolerances that aviation-grade parts require. Welding follows documented procedures, and every critical weld is checked visually and dimensionally before it leaves the shop.

The work ranges from a single bespoke ground support trolley to repeat batches of hangar rack systems and service pit covers - the kind of flexibility and quality control that aviation ground operations depend on.
