Balaji Engineering Works turns out dimensionally accurate formed sheet metal for the automotive industry, backing passenger car, commercial truck, and two-wheeler builders throughout India. Every job - whether an early sample or a repeat production run - is bent, cut, and finished to the tight tolerances that automotive quality standards call for.

Press brake forming sits at the centre of what we do, supported in-house by CNC laser cutting, deep drawing, MIG and TIG welding, and surface treatment. That combination lets a single facility produce underbody chassis brackets, formed reinforcements, and outer body panels without outsourcing. We regularly bend CRCA, HRCA, galvanized, and stainless grades that automotive engineers specify.

With more than 25 years of fabrication experience behind us at our Kamrej, Surat facility, we are set up to serve automotive OEMs and their ancillary suppliers who need repeatable bending accuracy, dependable lead times, and clear communication on every order.
